Exchange and Return Policy - Dr.KiD

At Dr.KiD , we care about customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our exchange or return policy under the following conditions:

🗓️ Refund period

You can request a return or exchange of the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

📦 Product condition

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

• socks
• hair accessories

💰 Shipping costs upon return

In case of return, a fixed amount of 79 EGP will be deducted for shipping fees, which will be directly deducted from the refund amount.

📝 How to request a return

• To submit a return or exchange request, please click here to log in to your account, then select the order you wish to return and complete the steps.
• Important: The customer does not need any return label, he just hands the product over to the shipping company representative when he receives it from the address.

⏳ Recovery time

• The product is inspected after arriving at the central warehouse.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the return.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method if possible.
