You may exchange or return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and receipts. Exchanges or returns are not accepted for underwear, hosiery, or hair accessories. In the event of an order error or defective product, the full cost is borne by Dr.KiD.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days within Egypt. Delivery is available to all governorates via our contracted shipping companies. Upon receipt, please ensure the package is intact before signing for receipt.
